Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, and the cost of the materials and making the products must be accounted for, all purchases are final.  However we understand that things happen and want you to be happy. If you email us, we will try our best to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us. Please note, we do this only as a courtesy and this is not part of our policy. Be advised that if we can't figure out a solution, we are not obligated to refund you. Our policy goes as follows. Refunds will only be given under the following circumstances:

Here at Tresses For Less, we do our utmost to ensure that all products are in excellent condition. Because our products are made to order, all purchases are final.  However if you do receive a product with a defect, we are happy to issue a refund for the item only under these circumstances:

  1. Refunds will be given only if the product is damaged or defective. If the product is damaged, a return must be initiated via return request email to miraclestreetwigs@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery of product with a picture of the defect attached to the email. Once return request is approved, we will email Buyer with return instructions. Buyer must ship the product back within a week and pay reasonable and appropriate shipping fees. Please note that the product must be returned in the original condition, unworn, uncut and unaltered in any way. We cannot offer a refund if the lace has been cut or if the wig has been altered in any way. Please take care when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace. Upon receipt of the return, we will thoroughly inspect the product and notify Buyer via email of the approval or rejection of Buyer's refund. If approved, Buyer will receive a full refund and reimbursement for appropriate shipping fees. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be approved. Returns that were initially approved via email but do not meet our policy upon inspection will be rejected, sent back to the Buyer and shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

  2. Please note that Tresses For Less does not offer refunds if you change your mind, if you feel the color or hair texture doesn’t suit you or if you select the wrong cap size.  These do not qualify as defects or damages. To ensure you have the correct cap size please make sure you measure your head as per our size chart.   
  3. Do not refuse delivery of our parcels.  All parcels must be shipped back properly with approval from us. If you attempt to renege on your purchase agreement by refusing delivery of the parcel we send you, you will  be required to pay reshipment fees before we can send the parcel back. When reshipment fees are paid, the parcel will subsequently be shipped back to you after we receive it.  

    If you refuse to pay reshipment fees and 14 days pass since we receive the item, 15% of your purchase will automatically be refunded to you and we will keep your item. You can reclaim the item within 180 days from the time you made your purchase.

    If you refuse  delivery of the parcel and the parcel gets lost in the mail as a result, we will not be liable and you will not be refunded at all. 

Processing and Shipping 

  1. We average 7-14 business days (so do not count weekends or holidays) for processing the wig however this is not guaranteed. Please allow us up to 4 weeks to ship your order to account for any unforeseen circumstances such as delays or quality control issues. Bear in mind that we source our hair materials from overseas and are often at the mercy of suppliers' stock limitations, schedule and holidays in their home countries. These things can cause delays when processing your wig. You are not eligible for a refund for the reason that we did not ship your order before 31 days (appx 4 weeks) from the time the order was placed.
  2. For shipping, we use  USPS Priority Shipping and delivery time can be anywhere from 1-3 business days for US citizens. For international customers, we offer a wide range of shipping options through USPS. We are not responsible for any postal delays. We also reserve the right to use a different postal service for any reason.

  3. If you are an international customer, you are also agreeing that you understand some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials. After dispatch from our facilities, transfer of liability shifts to you, therefore you will become the importer and will be liable to pay local taxes or duties, furthermore assuming all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations.


Pricing is determined based on how much hair suppliers charge on the market as well as coloring costs for colored hair pieces and materials for wig making. For coloring, we generally go by the standard $65 per process that many salons follow. In addition to accounting for the price of the hair,  we factor in costs such as shipping fees from supplier, shipping to customer, transaction fees, cost of products, and cost of materials as well. Though we try our hardest to keep our prices below market value, it's not easy and pricing is always subject to change. Increasing prices on our products are very likely.
