For Stock Products
We have a liberal return policy for stock products. Stock products are listed under the "stock" tab and are labeled as such. You can request a return for an in-stock item for any reason, provided the return request is made within 3 days of delivery and the product is in its original condition, unworn, uncut and unaltered in any way. We cannot offer a refund if the lace has been cut or if the wig has been altered in any way. Please take care when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace. A return must be initiated via return request email to email@example.com within 3 days of delivery of product with a picture of the current state of the product. Once return request is approved, we will email Buyer with return instructions. Buyer must ship the product back within a week and pay reasonable and appropriate shipping fees. After inspection of the wig to make sure its in its original condition, we will fully refund the Buyer. If the product is not in its original condition, the refund will be denied and the product will be shipped back to the Buyer's original address.
For Regular (Made-To-Order) Items:
Because our products are made to order, and the cost of the materials and making the products must be accounted for, all purchases are final. However we understand that things happen and want you to be happy. If you email us, we will try our best to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us. Please note, we do this as a courtesy and this is not part of our policy. Be advised that if we can't figure out a solution, we are not obligated to refund you.
